The Naturopath Check was born from a simple frustration — getting real, naturopathic support shouldn't mean expensive consult after expensive consult, repeating your story every time, only to walk away with a plan that's frozen in time the moment you leave.
Why this exists
We've become disconnected. We aren't getting enough light, enough water, enough laughter, enough time to wander. We forgot about the stars, the river, the hugs we need to survive. We got exhausted. We disconnected — chasing the house, the money, the dream.
The Naturopath Check is a quiet way back. A naturopathic wellness plan that meets modern life where it actually hurts — the wired evenings, the broken sleep, the flat mornings — and points you, gently, toward the rhythms your nervous system was built around.
It was also built to remove the cost barrier of constant consults, and to close the gap that opens between appointments when life keeps moving and your plan doesn't. Real change is rarely linear — hormones shift, sleep changes, energy comes back and dips again. Your plan should evolve with you, not freeze the day you leave the room.

The plan I wish I'd had.
For years I lived with fatigue I couldn't explain. The kind that doesn't lift with a good night's sleep, doesn't fit neatly into a single diagnosis, and quietly reshapes every part of your day. I'd leave appointments with pieces of an answer, then go home and try to stitch them together on my own.
What I needed wasn't another one-off consult. I needed someone to look at the whole picture — nutrition, hormones, nervous system, sleep, labs — and give me a plan that could evolve with me as I tried things, learned what worked, and changed.
That's the experience I've built here. As a qualified Naturopath and Registered Nurse, I write each Wellness Plan personally — and the platform around it is designed so the plan can keep growing with you, the way a real relationship with a practitioner should.

One of my quietest teachers has been my Burmese cat. He taught me to slow down — a cat's purr produces a low, steady rhythm that's been shown to help regulate heart rate, breathing and blood pressure, gently pulling the nervous system back into its natural cycles. He calms my breathing and brings me back into rhythm, again and again. A small, furry reminder that nervous system restoration doesn't always look clinical — sometimes it looks like sitting still long enough to notice.
